About SimplyLit.

SimplyLit is an independent UK lighting publication. Our growing collection of lighting guides covers fairy lights, Christmas lights and LED strip lights, with clear comparisons for different spaces and uses.

We work from manufacturer specifications and retailer information, and use customer or buyer feedback where it can be tied reliably to the exact product. We explain practical trade-offs and gaps in the evidence. We do not claim to physically test every product we feature.

What we value

Fast, not dishonest. Lean, not rubbish. We want to answer the real buying question without padding a page or pretending we tested products we have not tested.
